At Set d’Oli we practice organic agriculture with special care in optimizing water consumption through drip irrigation. We do not generate waste, since the by-products of our mill are reincorporated into our olive groves as a dressing.

We plant the olive trees in alleys in order to create a spontaneous vegetation bed between rows that provides nutrients and helps to regulate water retention and drainage. This channel promotes biodiversity and prevents soil erosion.

We work together with a beekeeper, giving him a space on our olive groves for mutual benefit. These bees contribute in order to maintain the biodiversity in the olive groves and vineyards while they produce high quality honey in an environment without pesticides.
