Set d’Oli Arbequina 500 ml with box

Organic extra virgin olive oil

Arbequina Variety

Tasting note

Rich in secondary aromas with evident hints of cut grass, artichoke and tomato. On the palate a certain astringency is noticeable and quickly we reach the raw almond and stone fruit fruity.

At the end of the tasting we find a slight spiciness coming directly from the green olives of the first day of harvest.

An oil with aromatic complexity and unctuous texture special for marinating those dishes in which it has to be the main ingredient.
