Organic extra virgin olive oil

Arbequina Variety

Tasting note

Rich in secondary aromas with evident notes of cut grass, artichoke and tomato. In the mouth a certain astringency is noticeable and the fruitiness of raw almond and stone fruit quickly arrives.

At the end of the tasting we find a slight spiciness coming directly from the green olives of the first day of harvest.

An oil with aromatic complexity and unctuous texture special for marinating those dishes in which it has to be the main ingredient.
